About

Hi, I'm Kelly Lee!

With a deep-rooted passion for real estate, we specialize in beach lifestyles, particularly the Caribbean Island lifestyle. Our services are tailored to individuals who share our dream of basking in perpetual sunshine. As a global real estate partner, Kelly Lee not only shares her love for life and real estate but also listens intently to the desires of her buyers, ensuring their dreams of beach and island living are realized.

Kelly Lee is a Florida-born native who grew up enjoying the intercoastal channels throughout Florida, boating, waterskiing, sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and tubing on many of Florida's waterways. She picked up golf and tennis along the way and, recently, pickle ball, sharing her love of the scenic outdoors with her buyers from around the world. She has maintained the highest designation in the National Association of Realtors, the CIPS designation- Certified International Property Specialist, and five years ago, she also became an instructor, teaching her peers how to find and sell international property through a referral base.

Kelly Lee's commitment to her community is as strong as her dedication to her clients. A native of Clearwater Beach in Pinellas County, she currently resides in downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and a generous contributor to her alma mater. Her community involvement extends beyond her university, as she is a dedicated alumna of the 2014 Leadership St. Pete class through the Chamber of Commerce 2016 District 6 Leadership Institute through her REALTOR® Association. She is appointed to NAR, Florida Realtor, Real Estate Business Institute Committees, and a Major Investor with the Realtors Political Action Committee, serving her fellow Realtors. Kelly Lee is also a social member of the Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club, St. Petersburg Yacht Club, and the St. Petersburg Country Club. Her involvement in these organizations and her volunteer work with Infinity, aiding abused children and adults, reflect her deep-rooted commitment to her community.

She is married to Jack Rice Jr, second-generation owner of Jack Rice Insurance, and has a daughter, Chloe. Her daughter Chloe accompanied her on a Southeastern Asian Real Estate Trade Mission through the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). She then finished grad school at Fudan University in Shanghai, China, with an Economics degree. This global experience has continued in many overseas Asian travels, as she and Jack love exploring and adventure traveling, even honeymooning on an African Safari. Recently, they hiked through Machu Picchu and snorkeled through the Galapagos. KellyLee has always traveled to the Caribbean, participating in trade missions and learning firsthand the diverse areas where ex-pats love to travel and live. Continuously diving into many cultures, her prior thanksgivings included understanding Shinto, the indigenous faith of the Japanese people in Japan, then touring temples in Korea and a rendezvous in Vietnam for New Year's with Chloe. A couple of her memorable traveling experiences include renting a home in Positano, Italy, blending in with the locals, sailing over to the Isle of Capri, scuba diving in the Dominican Republic, yachting through the Virgin Islands, hiking the rainforest in Panama, Marlin fishing in Costa Rica, Dove Hunting in Argentina, and captaining their yacht to Cuba, staying at the Hemingway Marina and always meeting Real Estate Agents worldwide, including during the races in Monaco, France. KellyLee appreciates the gift of participating in the real estate trade missions, learning global real estate practices worldwide, pricing in different countries and areas, and then bringing those experiences back to the classroom and her clients. Other trade Missions have included Portugal, Dubai, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica.

She began her real estate journey in 2003, working as an Accredited Staging Professional Master with "Stagedhomes.com." KellyLee later became a trainer and speaker in the Florida marketplace, introducing Home Staging to a growing market of Realtors and sellers. She then acquired her Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor licenses in 2004 and 2006, respectively, awarding continuing education hours to fellow Realtors pursuing the "Accredited Staging Professional" Accreditation. With the "ASP," Accreditation came forming Chapters of Professional Home Stagers across Florida, educating the public on how Home Staging helps sell a home faster for more money, banding these uniquely talented professionals together to further their careers.

With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate business and a CIPS Designee since 2011, KellyLee has been recognized with numerous awards for her outstanding performance in both listing and sales.

Her dedication to staying current in real estate trends and global shifts is evident in her continuous pursuit of education and Accreditation. This commitment to excellence is what sets her apart and ensures her clients receive the highest level of service.
